Booking

We highly recommend booking tours in advance. We do not allow walk up guests who want to pay with cash. If you are having any trouble booking online, please at tours@RevolutionaryToursNYC.com or call 917 475-6839  and we can help book your tour over the phone.

Confirmation

An email confirmation is sent immediately after booking. The email will contain a company phone number, meeting place and time. If you do not receive this email please first check your spam folder, or contact us at 917 475-6839 or tours@RevolutionaryToursNYC.com

Refunds/Cancellations
We have a 48 hour refund/cancellation policy. Please contact us at tours@RevolutionaryToursNYC.com if you need to cancel your tour.  If you do not cancel your tour within this time frame you will be held responsible for the total amount of your tour.  A refund will be also be issued only if we cancel a walking tour because it is impossible for us to operate the tour (e.g. severe weather or a tour guide is ill and no substitute is available).
Tour tickets can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice to tours@RevolutionaryToursNYC.com, with the following exceptions:

• In a case of severe weather in the forecast, we will contact you at the email address you provided when you booked to offer you rescheduling options.  Otherwise, we conduct our tours rain, snow or shine.
• If you’ve had a family emergency or an unforeseen trip date change, at our discretion, we will try to reschedule your tour reservations (based on availability) or issue a credit voucher.  In such a scenario, please contact us right away at tours@RevolutionaryToursNYC.com.
• If we have had to cancel a tour.

Weather

We conduct tours rain, snow or shine.  However, in cases of inclement weather (i.e. severe tropical storm, blizzard, etc.) we do reserve the right to cancel a tour. In these instances, we will notify you via the email provided at purchase and offer refunds and rescheduling options.

Safety

You are responsible for you your safety and the safety or your family, participants and/or children.  Some dangers cannot be foreseen. Risks include, but are not limited to: defects in the streets and sidewalks; proximity to vehicle and other traffic; poor lighting; carelessness or negligence of tour leaders or other participants; negligent instruction or supervision. You voluntarily, freely, and expressly choose to incur all risks associated with our walking tours.
